Good product..but 2 problems November 29, 2008
The video transfers Im doing are good. The sound seems to be a lower volume and for some reason on some scene changes, it will be slow motion for 2 or 3 seconds, maybe there's a solution on the support site but thus far this has been my experience. The title and transition features work well.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! The description at Amazon, and the vendor's site, says it is NOT compatible with Windows Vista 64-bit operating systems. However, this does no good when you come across it in the certain electronics store (that claims to offer the 'purchases better than everyone') and the box fails to mention any of this. It wasn't until I tried to hook it up until I discovered this. I am sick of software developers not putting this info on their packaging and shoppers like me wasting good money on nothing more than a doorstop - since I can't return it because it's technically "opened software". Thanks Pinnacle, you will never get another dime from me. If any lawyers out there want to contact me so I can get my money back from these deceitful theives, please do. All you others, make sure you are not running a 64-bit version of Vista!
